    Question says pretty much everything.
    I started full fledged exercise but again lost motivation. I need need need to be non-fat atleast once before i die.
    planning to pick aerobics this time .. help guys! :headbang:

    Aerobics is effective. Step aerobics is even better. Along with this if you watch your calorie intake , results will be visible within a month.

    Aerobics is really helpful. My friend lost 12 kgs with aerobics along with eating in moderate portion. No diet, just aerobics and eating right :smile:
